Denise Sutherland-Phillips MD, Doctor of Integrative Medicine, A.A.H.I.V.S., C.Ac.

Dr. Denise Sutherland-Phillips is a Board Certified Family Physician. She is certified in Acupuncture and also received a degree as Doctor of Integrative Medicine from Capital University of Integrative Medicine in Washington D.C. She has 19 years of experience in Community and Family Medicine, Women's Health, and HIV/AIDS care. She was a member of the faculty of Capital University of Integrative Medicine, former Clinical Assistant Professor of Medicine at UNC Hospital-Chapel Hill and Medical Safety Director in the HIV Clinical trials division with GlaxoSmithKline.  

Chester Phillips     D.AC (Can) L.AC. C.H. MTH 

Chester Phillips is a Doctor Of Acupuncture (Montreal, Canada). He is a practitioner of Traditional Chinese Medicine, Craniosacral Therapy and Reiki healing therapies. He is Board Certified in Acupuncture, a NC Licensed Acupuncturist, Certified in Chinese Herbal Pharmacology,  Massage Therapy, and Craniosacral Therapy. He has 25 years of experience in direct patient care as well as coordinating Acupuncture programs for Addiction Rehabilitation and HIV care community based programs.

Jamila Ali RN-C, MSN, WHNP 

Jamila Ali is a nurse practitioner with over 25 years of experience in Community/Public and Women's  Health. She has a special interest in Complementary Therapies and a passion to teach and educate patients. 
She has also been responsible for monitoring/oversight and evaluation of several Womens Health and Prenatal Programs for New York State for the 3 years. She is the newest addition to the NHIMA staff.
